What are Workshops?
Workshops are registered for separately from our seasonal programming, such as swimming lessons, but also do not fall into a "First Aid" category. Here are some of the types of courses you will find available here:

SafeGuard: This Lifesaving Society program is a knowledge tool to help babysitters, parents and grandparents know what to look for when supervising water activities. *Also available privately at your home*

Infant Survival Introduction
Thursday, July 9 from 10:00-10:30am
Outdoor, residential pool in Ancaster (heated, saltwater)
Cost: $10 per child (parent is free)
Description: For children 2m-2y of age. Learn things like what makes survival swimming different, how to hold your child to support the "swimming position", what drowning is and is not (what is "dry drowning" anyway?), water-safe practices, how to start working on survival skills this summer, and more! Parent participation is required.
