A couple of notes:

• Due to the largely independent work at of many of our locations, instructors with 2 years of experience or more will be considered first for current locations.

• We do not hire seasonal candidates for our mobile team. Candidates looking for employment on our mobile team will need to complete a minimum of 2 full sessions with Marlin Swim Academy prior to being considered for this team. This is to ensure competency in instruction, independent work and familiarity with our programs.
