Marlin Swim Academy is looking for fun, enthusiastic swim instructors to join our growing team!
Responsibilities
The majority of this job will be teaching swimming lessons and, in some cases, first aid training. Other responsibilities will include: tracking swimmer progress, filling out report cards, communicating with clients, swimmers, parents/guardians and Marlin Swim Academy management, maintaining equipment and requesting replacement items as required, working independently and representing Marlin Swim Academy in a professional and respectful manner.
Mandatory Qualifications
Lifesaving Society National Lifeguard
Lifesaving Society Swim and Lifesaving Instructor
Standard First Aid + CPR-C
Other Job Requirements

Must be able to provide a police vulnerable sector check prior to contract start
Compensation Starting Rates
Rates of compensation are determined by experience, qualifications and years of service.
Apprentice (Shadow) Instructor: $20.00/hour
Junior Instructor: $22.50/hour
Instructor: $25.00/hour
